Aaron is the Founder and Chairman of ASM Holdings, with more than 20 years of management, investment, and operating experience across real estate, infrastructure, and global commodities markets.

He built ASM as a private capital platform deploying long-duration capital into real assets, land banking and development projects, infrastructure-linked investments, and physical commodities trading strategies. His background combines operational leadership with structured capital deployment across energy and metals markets.

Throughout his career, Aaron has led strategic acquisitions, negotiated cross-border transactions, and overseen the development and repositioning of income-producing assets. His investment philosophy centers on disciplined underwriting, capital preservation, and active governance — seeking control positions that allow for direct operational influence and long-term value compounding.

As Chairman, he directs capital allocation, transaction execution, and portfolio oversight, ensuring alignment between strategy, risk management, and performance across all platforms.
