The People Behind the Portfolio

Aaron Woodman built his first career on instinct and hustle, entering real estate more than 25 years ago while still in high school and rising through top brokerages including Exit Realty, Shorewood Realtors and Woodman Group, where he was repeatedly recognized as a top-producing agent. Over two decades, he developed a rare, full-spectrum command of the asset class—from investment properties and property management to ground-up development—expertise that would later become the operational backbone of a very different kind of company.

In 2021, Woodman pivoted from real estate to resources, founding ASM Minerals in Ghana, and the same year, extended the Group’s reach into the UAE with ASM Gold & Diamond in Dubai — the first moves in what would become a multi-continent portfolio. By 2024, he had formalized that vision into Alex Simon Holdings, and today he serves as Chairman, steering the Group’s expansion across eight industries with the same discipline and hands-on instinct that defined his earliest years in the field.
